Thanks for that video, it was nice to watch you play; we are still ironing some details and your feedback is great!

Are there like roads or something? How do I get all my foods to the gourmet chef. I'm all ready to start making fancy hot dogs, but the buns are produced on the other side of the map! Help!

Well, the game relies on the reach of the buildings, the Arcane card "Increaser" helps with that (you can hold Shift and point to a building to know its reach, so how far away the ingredients it will use can be).

There is no other way in this demo to increase building's reach, so if your wheat crops are too far away, a solution could be putting a mill a couple of lands away with some Increaser to boost its reach and the Bakery the same, between the Mill and the Gourmet Kitchen, with Increaser you can reach the other side of the map this way with ingredients that pass through several buildings.

We found this limitation of distance an interesting feature; hope you like our idea behind it, and thanks for playing!

Ah I see. The big issue I had was that I built the basics first (in the middle of course) and then everything that comes later got built further and further away. This means that the final step to build the hot dog had to be the furthest away which was less of an interesting choice and a frustrating realization. I initially did the strategy you suggested, but since everything has 0 reach, I used up all of my increase cards connecting earlier bits together and had nothing left for the kitchen, and just had to start the run over :((

Good to know, we like people experimenting and finding out best strategies, but maybe we need some deeper explanation of what it means to have a limited reach on each building.

looks interesting I'll definietly try it!
